Four Peaks Wood Aged Portero Chingon

Four Peaks is releasing a wood aged version of their Portero Chingon tomorrow (August 9th). The original beer was a seasonal Robust Porter from last May brewed with Mexican chocolate. According to the latest Four Peaks Brewsletter it was aged in bourbon barrels for the last year. If I were to chose, I'd probably pair it with their red chili Carne Adovada or go all out ordering one with the Stoutamisu dessert.

I imagine this one won't last long so get into the Tempe brewery quick to try it out. If you do get a chance to sample it before it's gone, feel free to comment on it here.
